Polferries opens new Bornholm route

There will be a reunion after several years of absence, when the first ferry from Polferries docks at Rønne Harbor next May on the company's new route between Rønne and Kolobrzeg

Next May, Bornholm will once again have a regular ferry connection to Poland, reports Bornholms Tidende.

This development will take place when the Polish state shipping company, Polferries, according to the media, will open a new commercial ferry route between Rønne and Kolobrzeg.

According to Bornholms Tidende, Polferries will start with three weekly round trips in May and June, which will increase to daily round-trip sailings in July and August with a new ferry that is reportedly chartered on a 20-year contract.
