Technical Project Manager- Retrofits

Our dedicated retrofit group is at the forefront, developing concepts and projects that convert ship engines to operate on eco-friendly fuels and elevate energy efficiency.
These retrofit initiatives hold a pivotal role in driving the shipping industry toward a zero-carbon future and stand as a cornerstone of Everllence's decarbonization strategy. We are actively seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Decarbonization Retrofits team located in Copenhagen.
You will play an important role in:
As a Technical project manager, you will:
- Be responsible for developing retrofit products and custom solutions for 2-stroke engines with assistance from R&D and engineering departments
- Ensure that technical scope, timelines and cost inputs for retrofit solutions are submitted to the retrofit commercial teams during the sales phase.
- Be accountable for technical scope in execution of different products and solutions and work closely with the execution project manager
- Collaborate with the technical team and PrimeServ commercial team to develop new solutions by creating business cases and following the technology readiness and market introduction processes.
- Join customer and other external meetings and discussions to cover your area of responsibilities
- Be the link between and coordinate various projects between sales, execution, engineering and R&D teams
- Have project management responsibilities on assigned projects
- Participate in retrofit product portfolio management with regards to prioritization and resource allocation.
We imagine that you:
- Have experience as a technical project manager in the areas of mechanical/ electrical/electronic engineering
- Have a good understanding of 2-stroke engines
- Have good stakeholder management and communication skills and are comfortable interacting at all levels within the organization
- Have a project management qualification preferably
- Enjoy working on different projects and problem-solving as a part of your daily work
