After accident - authorities investigate pilots' life-threatening climbing

The Danish Maritime Authority is considering increasing the number of crew members on pilot boats so that the pilot can receive assistance in the event of an accident. Currently, it is sufficient to have just the boat operator

The Danish Maritime Authority's revision of crewing regulations for small commercial vessels up to 12 passengers is now to undergo a new and critical review by the authorities.

This is stated by Minister of Economic Affairs Morten Bødskov (S), who is now awaiting a thorough review of the working conditions for pilots.
