UGENS MARITIME SYNSPUNKT:
Den Maritime Havari Kommission har i sin rapport om forliset af Mærsk Supply skibene, Mærsk Shipper og Mærsk Searcher- de to aftaklede skibe, som sank i den nordlige del af Biscayen under slæb mellem Danmark og Tyrkiet i December 2016 en "reading note".
I noten skriver man blandt andet; "Arguably, it can be questioned why the company chose an unconventional towing method for this type of towage operation(...).However(......)that analysis will be based on hindsight analysis (...) about the outcome, which the involved persons did not have prior to the accident." (Rapporten side 33).
