HSEQ Manager - Projects - Rohde Nielsen
Hands-on HSEQ Manager role supporting international marine and dredging projects, combining tenders, systems, projects and continuous improvement.
On behalf of Rohde Nielsen, MARPRO Group is looking for a HSEQ Manager - Projects for the office in Copenhagen with international travel as part of the role. You will report to the Head of HSEQ Projects of the company.
The job
As HSEQ Manager - Projects you will support and strengthen HSEQ performance across Rohde Nielsen’s international dredging and marine operations. Working closely with the Head of HSEQ Projects, project managers and operational teams, you will provide practical HSEQ support to projects, contribute to tenders and pre-qualifications, maintain and continuously improve management systems, and facilitate workshops and training initiatives. The role is broad, fast-paced and highly hands-on, requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities while working across projects, onshore departments and offshore personnel to ensure consistent HSEQ standards and continuous improvement.
Professional qualifications
- Relevant education in Maritime, Environmental, HSEQ or similar
- Experience within HSEQ, maritime, offshore, dredging, construction or related industries
- Experience supporting projects with risk assessments, incident follow-up and lessons learned
- Understanding of integrated management systems and risk-based approaches
- Experience with tenders, pre-qualifications or audits
- Valid driving license
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
