Terminal Operator

We are now looking for a terminal operator to strengthen our team in Frederikshavn. This role is ideal for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic shipping environment and contribute to the future of terminal and bunker operations.
Why This Role Is Different
This is not a one-track job. As a terminal operator, you will combine hands on operational work with administrative and technical responsibilities. You will be part of a small team where each individual contributes with their own strengths, whether within engineering, maintenance, safety systems, electrical work, or operational coordination.
You will share daily tasks and responsibilities with your colleagues while also using your experience to strengthen different parts of the operation.
Your Day-to-Day Impact
Together with your colleagues, you will:
- Support safe and efficient cargo handling and storage operations
- Supervise the technical and safety condition of the terminal
- Work in shifts with shared responsibility
- Operate both independently and as part of a team, depending on the situation
Beyond the Terminal
In addition to managing the terminal, we also operate a fleet of highly modern bunker tankers.
During periods of low terminal activity or when rapid response is required, you may support our shipping operations. This can include assisting with immediate repairs, handling administrative tasks, or supporting crew changes and operational coordination.

Your Background
We value experience, but we value motivation and willingness to learn just as highly.
We welcome applicants with backgrounds such as:
- Marine experience, deck or engine
- Terminal operations
- Cargo surveying
- Technical, electrical, maintenance, or safety related roles
You should be able to communicate clearly in English and one Scandinavian language, both spoken and written, and have completed at least high school education.
