On behalf of NjordX, MARPRO Group is looking for a position in Sales (Commercial Shipping) for the office in Landskrona. You will report to the DCEO of the company.
The job
In this role, you will work closely with customers across the maritime industry to build long-term relationships and strengthen NjordX position within commercial shipping. Your main responsibility is to drive sales of navigation and communication solutions by combining commercial understanding with technical insight, in close collaboration with internal technical and service teams.
You will engage in customer meetings and vessel visits to understand operational needs and ensure high customer satisfaction. The role suits candidates with a maritime background, such as Nautical Officer or Marine Engineer, experience with navigation systems like radar, ECDIS, GMDSS or satellite communication.

- B2B sales experience in the maritime/shipping industry
- Experience in the maritime industry
- Tech savvy in marine electronic systems
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Permission to work in Sweden
- Experience working in cross-functional environments
- Structured approach to sales activities and customer follow-up
