Are you ready to play a key role in driving Everllence’s ambitious decarbonization goals? Do you have the mindset and skills to lead complex long-term service projects for global clients in a rapidly evolving market focused on sustainability and digital transformation?
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our LTSA (Long Term Service Agreement) team and contribute to the execution of engine service agreements for some of the world’s largest marine transportation companies. The position is based in Denmark (Copenhagen, Frederikshavn, or Holeby).
You will play an important role in:
As an LTSA Project Manager, you will lead a portfolio of long term service agreements with global reach. You’ll manage everything from strategic planning and operational execution to financial oversight and stakeholder engagement. You’ll work closely with Technical Management, Spare Parts & Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
With the Key Responsibilities of:
Project Leadership:
- Take ownership of project management activities, including setting objectives, aligning resources, and driving the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. You’ll ensure consistent progress, project optimization and address operational challenges proactively.
Operational Oversight:
- Lead efforts to find practical solutions to operational issues, negotiating compromises to maintain efficiency. You’ll coordinate with several departments within MAN-ES and specialists to align on actions and follow through, including arranging meetings and managing deliverables.
Comprehensive Planning:
- Develop and oversee detailed project schedules, assigning and coordinating manpower for service jobs globally. Collaborate with Customers' Vessel Managers, Agents, Chief Engineers, Everllence's local offices, and Everllence superintendents to ensure alignment and readiness.
Financial Accountability:
- Take charge of financial tracking, ensuring project budgets are above initial plans, and customer invoicing is accurate and timely.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate effectively, collect technical data, and prepare monthly customer reports that summarize activities and outline upcoming plans.
Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for improving project execution processes. Lead initiatives like process mapping, optimization, and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
Team Collaboration:
- Be an integral project manager within a diverse team of Technical Advisors, Spare Parts & Logistics Coordinators, Engineers, and Business Controllers. While much of the team is based in Denmark and Singapore, your projects will have a global impact.

Professional Qualifications:
- You hold a technical or commercial degree at the professional bachelor's level or possess equivalent knowledge gained through administrative professional experience.
- You have minimum 5 years of experience with project management in large scale projects.
- You have experience with maintenance and/or spare parts for marine engines.
- You are an advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Projects.
- Experience with SAP is a plus but not mandatory.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
