About Northern Survey

Therefore, we are looking for the following role: 

An experienced Crew Manager to join our Aarhus office. 

In this role, you will handle the daily management and coordination of vessel crews. 

Our crew members are dedicated craftsmen at sea, consistently demonstrating professionalism and commitment. 

As Crew Manager, your responsibility will also be to maintain this high level of professionalism and commitment by making sure all new crew members align with and continue this quality on board.  

You will ensure our crew members bring the necessary skills and qualifications for their positions, enabling them to perform at the highest level.  

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and project-specific requirements.
• Monitor performance, handle challenges, and support with personnel matters.

Qualifications: 

• A collaborative mindset and flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Proven experience as a Crew Manager or in a similar role within maritime or offshore operations.
• Strong understanding of maritime regulations and industry best practices.
• Great leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to guide diverse teams.
• Clear communicator in English, both in writing and verbally. 
• Problem-solver who performs well under pressure.
• Experience with crew management software and maritime tools is a plus.
