On behalf of Leth Danish Straits, MARPRO Group is looking for a Shipping Operator to join the Copenhagen-based operations team at one of the world’s leading ship agencies.

About the role:

This is a unique opportunity to become part of a highly professional and dynamic operations team in the heart of The Blue Denmark. You will gain hands-on experience in global shipping and transit coordination, interacting with vessels, customers, and stakeholders across continents.

As a Shipping Operator, you will

• Coordinate and oversee vessel transits, primarily through Danish Straits
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and clients worldwide
• Be part of a duty rotation (approx. once per week and one weekend every 6 weeks)
• Engage with customers both professionally and socially

Professional competencies required for this role

• Newly graduated, with a relevant background in shipping, international business, logistics or maritime studies
• Fluent in English & Danish (spoken and written)
• Holds a valid Danish work permit
