On behalf of Cargo Care Solutions, MARPRO is looking for a Financial Administrator who will be part of the team in the Administration department, where you will support the Finance team.
Feature Overview:
The Financial Administrator ensures a thorough administration of the ongoing processes within the company. You will also contribute to the financial reports, such as the monthly and annual closings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
- Control and management of payable invoice
- Keep files on debt collection
- Informing debtors/creditors and answer their questions
- Check incoming invoices for compliance with purchase agreements
- Supporting with the month-end and year-end closings
- Collaborate with the team to achieve financial goals
Job requirements:
- MBO working and thinking level or several years of experience in administrative direction
- At least 2 years of work experience within a finance department
- Experience with Business Central is a plus
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
- Available 24 to 32 hours
- You're accurate
- You have good communication skills and a positive attitude
- You are a team player
- You used to working with deadlines
