On behalf of Viking Life-Saving Equipment Sweden AB, MARPRO Group is looking for a Sales Executive for the office in Stockholm or Gothenburg. You will report to the Country Manager of the company.
The job
As a Sales Executive at VIKING Life-Saving Equipment Sweden AB, you will play a key role in driving their growth and strengthening their presence in the Swedish market. Your primary focus will be on expanding sales and establishing a robust local service organization for Lifeboats & Davits (LBS) and Marine Fire Services (MFS).
This is a dynamic and hands-on position that blends technical sales, customer relationship management, and service development. You will be responsible for managing quotations, responding to service inquiries, and contributing to the development of a reliable and efficient service network to meet the safety needs of all of their clients across Sweden.
VIKING Sweden is experiencing strong and positive growth. This newly established position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on VIKING Sweden’s expansion journey and be part of a forward-thinking, safety-driven organization.
Preferred location is Gothenburg or Stockholm, but they are open to discussing alternative arrangements for the ideal candidate. The position is available for immediate start or after the summer, depending on your availability.
Professional qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should bring a solid combination of commercial drive, technical acumen, and maritime industry insight:
- Proven experience in maritime services, technical sales, or procurement—preferably from a Ship Manager, Service Provider or Supplier
- Solid understanding of Lifeboats & Davits (LBS) and Marine Fire Services (MFS) products and solutions
- Established network within the maritime service sector
- Strong track record of developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
