As a part of the customer success team, you will:
Guide our clients in implementing our tools in their organizations to make their vessel operations more profitable, efficient, and environmentally sustainable
Assist our users with getting the most out of our services and help them identify and harvest the largest savings potential
Professional Competencies
- Educational background from the maritime industry or relevant working experience
- A solid understanding of commercial vessel performance
- Can speak, read, and write fluently in English
- Strong communication skills
- Technical understanding
- Able to act as a partner to your clients, motivated by helping them reach their goals
