- implement quality assurance and control processes to ensure that construction work conforms to design specifications and conduct regular quality audits.
- Keep up to date with environmental regulations, conduct impact assessments, and minimize the project's environmental footprint.
- communicate safety, quality, and environmental requirements clearly to project stakeholders.
So, who are we looking for?
You possess a can-do attitude and take responsibility for tasks until completion while inspiring and motivating others. You are ambitious, motivated by working with diverse colleagues, and can apply analytical and critical thinking while adapting easily to change.
To excel in this role, you should have the following track record:

- 7+ years’ experience in Electrical and Mechanical installation or construction supervision
- Safety management experience – Tunnel experience is preferred
- Relevant bachelor’s degree e.g. Engineering
