Nordan Marine A/S, with 30 employees and based in Frederikshavn, has a new owner.

The buyer of Nordan Marine is the global DESMI Group, headquartered south in Nørresundby.

- Nordan Marine possesses extensive expertise and a strong position in the gas cargo ship market, making the company a perfect match for DESMI's growth plans, says Humphrey Lau, CEO of DESMI, in a press release about the acquisition.
