DFDS drops huge acquisition

DFDS lowers its expectations for this year's operating results at the same time

DFDS has dropped the planned acquisition of the Turkish logistics company Ekol, according to a press release from the company.

- Since certain contractual conditions have not been met within the agreed deadline, DFDS has terminated the share purchase agreement, and therefore the transaction will not take place, the shipping company writes in the press release.
