DSV is hot on the heels of Maersk as the country's largest with a huge acquisition

DSV has announced on Friday the purchase of the German competitor DB Schenker, which makes the transport conglomerate the country's second-largest listed company

DSV was already one of the big players on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.

With the acquisition of the German DB Schenker for 107 billion DKK, the Danish logistics company reaches new heights measured by market value and revenue.

But which Danish companies are the largest?

There are several ways to determine this. It can be measured by the market value of the company, but also by comparing the companies' revenue.

Here are the ten listed companies with the highest revenue.

Large companies such as Lego and Arla are not included on the list because they are not publicly traded.
