Farum-based company acquires a slice of maritime New York company

Danalec has completed its third acquisition in two years with the digital platform from New York-based Nautilus Labs

Danelec, a manufacturer of electronic equipment for the maritime industry, has once again embarked on an acquisition spree beyond Denmark's borders.

The company based in Farum has acquired an AI-based technology platform from the American company Nautilus Labs for an undisclosed amount. This is done with the aim of strengthening digital competencies.

- With the acquisition of Nautilus Labs' AI-based technology platform, we aim to expand our market position, says Casper Jensen, CEO of Danelec, in a press release, hinting that the acquisition comes with a number of employees. However, he does not provide specific figures.
