G&O Maritime Group has introduced a dedicated Customer Delivery Department to streamline processes and enhance service for shipyards and customers operating across its portfolio of brands. The new department is headed by Britt Nielsen, who brings 25 years of experience within the organisation to her role as Head of Customer Delivery.
G&O Maritime Group has established a dedicated Customer Delivery Department to manage orders across all brands: Atlas Incinerators, Pres-Vac, G&O Compensators, G&O Bioreactors, and HJ Lubricators.
“The idea is simple: customers should only need one point of contact,” says Britt Nielsen. “We’re here to provide clarity, follow orders through, and deliver excellent service—something I’m truly passionate about.”
By consolidating order handling into one department, G&O ensures a consistent, structured customer experience—regardless of brand.
