Stephanie startede i den nyoprettede stilling den 1/6-2023, og skal efter en grundig oplæring og introduktion tage sig af værftets kvalitetssikringsprocedure, bl.a. værftets ISO 9001 og ISO 14001 certificeringer. Stephanie vil dermed være en vigtig brik, i at den høje standard, som Søby Værft er kendt for, til enhver tid opretholdes. Stephanie vil desuden tage sige af forskellige interne HR-aktiviteter, i samarbejde med værftets direktør.

Stephanie er 30 år, og er bosat med hendes mand og to børn på Ærø. Hun er uddannet skibsfører på Marstal Navigationsskole og har en bred erfaring fra blandt andet hendes 5 år som overstyrmand ved Ærøfærgerne.

Søby Værft ser frem til en spændende tid med ny indsigt og kompetencer, og vi byder vores nye kollega velkommen.

Increased quality control with new employee

Søby Shipyard has improved the shipyard's quality assurance as of June 1, 2023, by hiring a new HSEQ and HR employee, Stephanie C. Nielsen.

Stephanie started in the newly created position on June 1, 2023, and after thorough training and introduction, she will be responsible for the shipyard's quality control procedures, including the shipyard's ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. Stephanie will thus be an important piece in maintaining the high standard for which Søby Shipyard is known. Additionally, Stephanie will handle various internal HR activities in collaboration with the shipyard's director.

Stephanie is 30 years old and resides on Ærø with her husband and two children. She is graduated of Marstal Navigation School and has broad experience, including her 5 years as a Chief officer at Ærøfærgerne.
