Human Resources for sea-based DFDS employees used to be handled by different business areas. This is changed now, as it will be handled by one Global Crewing organisation including a team of local Heads of Crewing.
DFDS is strenghtening their family in Copenhagen with a Global Crewing Organisations Leadership Team, as they are looking for their next Head of Marine Business Partnering for Nordics and Baltic. A person who will be in line with the overall DFDS People Strategy, design, implement and deliver the People Strategy for 32 Danish & Lithuanian Flagged Passenger & Freight vessels and 2000 crew, whilst ensuring high collaboration and synergies within the wider fleet alongside colleagues in the newly established Global Crewing Organisation.
