• Finalize TCI and TCO hire statements
• Close voyages in IMOS
• Handling commission and bunker invoices
• Involved in monthly and yearly closing
• Assisting with auditing
• Collect outstanding payments
• Coordinate with P&I clubs/Legal desk when necessary
