Om hendes motivation for at tage jobbet udtaler hun:

"I am motivated by an international environment, where I am given responsibility and handle challenging tasks. During my day I enjoy to combine my detail-oriented mindset with commercial and sometimes un-structured tasks, which happen to occur in the operations department. This combination creates a perfect balance for my personality, where I enjoy to plan and dig into the details but also appreciate the unforeseen and urgent tasks which may dictate a new direction for the working day. From my experience in Operations I have learned to prioritize my daily tasks and developed strong skills for coordinating also in close collaboration with various people around the globe. I enjoy the daily contact with different stakeholders and get inspired by a global workplace where I get to have a commercial mindset as well. What I really appreciate is when goals can be achieved via good teamwork together with talented and trustworthy colleagues."
