Customer Relations Manager for Aftersales - G&O Maritime Group

If so, you may be the ideal candidate to join our team at G&O Maritime Group, a house of world-leading maritime brands with equipment installed on over 18,000 vessels globally.
As a key contributor to our success, you will play a crucial role in unleashing the potential of our installed base and servicing our extensive client base, consisting primarily of shipowners and technical managers. Your responsibilities will include proactively contacting customers, ensuring correct equipment servicing, and facilitating the provision of necessary spare parts. Additionally, you will collaborate with your team, as well as our global network of agents and partners, to promote long-term service agreements and spare parts sales.
You will be based in our new headquarters in Lyngby.
Skills
- Proven experience in proactive sales (converting leads to sales projects) and customer service.
- You are comfortable with searching for sales opportunities/right stakeholders and cold-calling leads.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and a data-driven approach to sales
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong technical understanding or interest
- Familiar with value propositions and negotiations
- Ability to collaborate with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions.
In collaboration with your team and our global network, you will proactively engage with customers before dockings and surveys to ensure proper equipment maintenance. By closely working with customers, you will optimize the performance of our products, ensuring that spare parts and service engineers are planned well in advance for preventive maintenance and services. Your role will also involve negotiating service agreements and spare parts packages across our brands.
